For Italy, the cost of delivery is free.

 

For our shipments we use couriers specialized in furniture transport, which guarantee a professional service and great care of the goods, and couriers expressed as BRT with guaranteed and insured deliveries. The delivery of parcels within 25Kg is carried out on the street level to the customer's address. For parcels weighing over 25 kg it is necessary to organize in such a way that, if by law the courier alone refuses to unload, you must help the courier to get off the goods from the truck. In the impossibility of being able to help the courier, it is necessary to request the extra porter service which provides for the delivery by 2 or more people.
In case you need extra services like scheduled delivery, delivery to the floor or assembly, you must make arrangements before shipping. The costs for extra services are at your charge and should be checked if available in your area.
The couriers will contact you to inform you of a day and an approximate delivery time, which may be delayed or changed due to force majeure.
In the event that, after making an appointment, the customer should not be available without giving notice, we will be forced, in spite of ourselves, to charge the costs for the return.

The shipping cost includes the packaging, which we have previously carried out in a workmanlike manner, and we adopt a safe protection system with the best packing materials. Packets in wooden crates are on request. The cost varies depending on the size of the box

The shipping cost is included up to the street level. You can request the extra service of delivery to the floor and assembly, we will offer you the best price. Depending on the place of delivery, we will be directly responsible for installing the furniture or our collaborators specialized in furniture assembly.

For places with particular delivery difficulties (mountain resorts, small islands, ZTL, etc.), extra charges determined from time to time on the basis of the destination address may be charged in the invoice.

 

 

Withdrawal by hand

 

You can also collect the ordered items directly at our office in Poggibonsi, Via Salceto 87, by appointment by phone or email.
The withdrawal must be estimated before the purchase.

Advice on receiving the goods

The customer is required to check the integrity of the package. N.B. At reception, anyone who accepts the goods must ask to sign with "SPECIFIC RESERVE" writing the motivation (eg open neck, damaged neck, wet neck, dent on the box, etc.). It is essential to do otherwise, in case of damage caused during the transport, the courier can not 'activate the insurance and the Bauhaus Re edition srl is relieved of any resposability'. If the package is visibly broken or wet, do not accept it.

 

Shipping insurance

 

All our shipments are insured. With the insurance, the customer has the right to the replacement of the purchased goods that presents transport damage, but adhering to specific rules.
For any problem, always use our customer support form, specific for any need, our staff will respond quickly and accurately.
To initiate the reimbursement procedure, the customer must send an email within 24/48 hours following receipt of the package, specifying the conditions of the goods and the package and sending at the same time also photos of the product where they clearly see both the type of damage, both the external conditions of the packaging. Without the photos it is not possible to start the reimbursement procedure.

 

Terms of delivery

The exact delivery date will be indicated in the order confirmation and depends on the item ordered. Delivery takes at most 4 weeks.
Request faster delivery times for special urgencies.
The delivery date may undergo variations not dependent on our will.

Some articles are not exported to countries where patent rights are active. BAUHAUS RE-EDITION srl assumes no responsibility and accepts no recourse against it for alleged violations of the copyright law.
