SALES TO EU CLIENTS

Prices are VAT excluded. VAT applies as follows:
- sales within Italy: 21% VAT;
- sales in other EU countries:

• clients holding VAT registration will pay VAT in their own Country according to local rules;
• clients without VAT registration: 21% VAT.

BAUHAUS RE-EDITION SNC will not export to Countries still holding valid patent rights and will not assume and accept any responsability about law violation of these patent rights.

HOW TO ORDER

• Choose article (codex, quantity, materials…);
• You send an e-mail (info@bauhausreedition.com) or a fax (+39.0577.980290) with all details of the item you want to buy, your data for invoicing (name, surname, address, VAT number), your instructions for delivery, terms of payment;
• Please wait for our order confirmation;
• You will receive the delivery.

Minimum amounts: Italy € 200,00 + VAT, EU Countries € 1.000,00, other European Countries € 1.400,00, extra European Countries € 2.000,00. Orders may be issued directly at our officeby fax or e-mail (info@bauhausreedition.com ). Orders become operative only after written acceptance by BAUHAUS RE-EDITION SNC.

We will send you an order confirmation with an approximate delivery date after you have placed an order. The carrier will then call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment during regular workday business hours. They will also collect the agreed price by cheque. Delivery is by courier at the ground floor of Client premises.
If you require extra services, such as delivery appointment outside regular workday business hours or delivery to a location other than a ground floor address, please arrange that directly with carrier, expense of these special services dependent on clients.

DELIVERIES

TIME OF DELIVERY

Time of delivery will be defined singularly for each order and in any case will not exceed 60 days.

PAYMENT

Deliveries within Italy: 30% on order through bank transfer - balance to be paid to the courier at time of delivery.
Deliveries outside Italy: 50% on order through bank transfer - balance before shipment, through bank transfer (free of bank fees for us).

OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance for us. We select and sell products made to the highest standards of quality of material and workmanship. Therefore we give you 2 year’s warranty for production failures.
Our invoice is your warranty certificate.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by e-Mail (info@bauhausreedition.com) so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can assert your right of withdrawal within 8 days from receipt of goods and you must notify this by e-mail (info@bauhausreedition.com) or by fax (0577.980290) before to send back the item you bought which has to reach us in the same original condition.
In case of lots of goods, you must send back the whole lot in full: we do not accept partial returns.
Expenses for return are at customer's charge. The reimbursement will be calculated at net of packing and forwarding expenses and after check of integrity of the goods.
