Wihelm Wagenfeld
Moholy Nagy who from 1923 was in charge of the metal workshop at the bauhaus, assigned Wagenfeld the job to design a metal table lamp.
The result was a metal version o this lamp.
Later Nagy requested Wagenfeld to design an all glass version of this lamp.
The Swiss designer C.G. Jucker was at the bauhaus at the time also claims to have designed the glass version of this lamp.
There is no evidence in the bauhaus archives to prove or disprove this.
Consequently, both Wagenfeld and Jucker are both frequently cited as designers.
